Sunday Morning Volunteer Form

I think we can agree that our Sunday morning in-person worship looks a bit different in 2022 vs 2019.  As we returned to worship in the sanctuary after a year of shut-down, many of our Sunday morning volunteer positions fell to the wayside.  As we welcome Pastor Latricia on July 3, it is my hope that we can restart some of these ministries.  Here are the areas that we need help:
Ushers: Jim Geiger is coordinating our Ushers.  We could use a few more volunteers to be in rotation.

Greeters:  Wear a SPUMC apron and a smile.  Greet people as they arrive and provide helpful direction to anyone in need.

Communion Stewards:  Purchase the bread and juice, then come early and set up the bread and juice for Holy Communion.  We also need help with clean-up.

Golf Cart Drivers:  We are getting our golf cart ministry back up and running to offer safe access up and down the hill for those with decreased mobility.

Sunday School Teachers:  Many of our classes are in need of leaders.  A great way to feel more equipped is to participate in the Lay Servant Training (details below).

Worship Tech Team:  We need extra volunteers that are willing to be trained on the soundboard and the slides.  We are also looking at the possibility of live streaming in the future, but we need people who are willing to help with that.
If you are interested in helping in any of these areas, please fill out this form and I will be in touch with you next ASAP!  It takes all of us working together, each person doing their part, in order for Saint Paul's to be a welcoming place where people can come to know the transformational love of Christ.
