Reservations

Reservations must be received by noon on the Monday prior. You may make a reservation for one week at a time (and fill this form out each week), or you may make multiple reservations. Each date of the month is listed separately below. Menu items include salad, dessert, and drink.

You may pay at the door with cash, check, or by QR code; stop by the church office ahead of time; or pay online at the bottom of this form.

Adults and youth are $8, and children 10 and under are $4.

If you are ordering for children, please put in the comments if you would like a child-portion of the adult meal rather than the "kids meal". Kid's meal entrees will be different each week (they will be listed below) and kid's can eat the adult sides/salad bar.
